Innovative Product of Enogelatin

Co-operative efforts of Lisichansk Gelatin Plant ALC and Magarach Wine Trade Research Institute created new product named enogelatin. This innovative product developed in order to minimize costs and improve quality of winery drinks.
Application of enogelatin allows to reduce consumption of auxiliary materials and weight ratio of phenol compounds, but thereby saving typical color and flavor of ordinary and vintage wines. The product is actively proposed to Ukrainian wine-makers.
